Hands down Walden Surfboards 9’6” Magic Model is the best board I’ve ever had! I was never able to afford my own board, after several hand me downs and yard sale finds, I ended up at an event where a Magic board was being raffled. This was a first date and my date bought me a ticket. To my surprise I won a board. And ended up marrying my date years later. To say it was magical would be an understatement!

I had rented a Walden Surfboards Magic Model 9’ from San Diego’s @birdrocksurfshop. It was my first time on a Walden (@surftechusa collab) As a single fin, It gave me my quickest ~one second 180° direction switch I’ve ever done + rails good! I was having so much fun I barely got the board back before the shop closed. Like 5 mins til doors were gonna lock. I’d love to get a Walden! 😍🎉👍
