The Penetrator transitional foil works considerably different and functionally superior to any other known design and must be understood in order to access its unique abilities. The result of mastering the functional trim line power slot style of surfing on the Penetrator will be feelings of fine tuned control and satisfaction never before as consistently experience in your surfing career. This is due to the total function principle in the foil transitions from nose to tail that has bee progressively perfected over the course of many years.

It works like this… The farther toward the tail one surfs; the slower and more sensitive the ride while the board automatically seeks out the optimum trim line in the curl. The farther toward the nose; the carvier, stiffer, and faster the Penetrator flys. It’s basically a hot curl tail foiled wave wing that is designed to fly on the surface of a wave no matter where you are standing on it in complete stable control. Lean forward: it speeds up... back it slows down. Walking end to end is a smooth transition like you’ve never experienced before on any board. The take off can be done on any part of the board. As long as you put it in the waves trim line it will seek to stay with it.

Don’t be as timid about the nose as you were or expect to stall up there...the nose is the ultimate speed trim zone and position up the can be maintained through situations you never could before. Like driving through a section without backpedaling or doing a floater over a section. All the excessive what-not has been trimmed out of the over all Penetrator Design. This is the basic functional Trim Machine.

Fin Placement

The smaller and gentler the waves, the farther forward the fin should be set. The larger, hollow, and more powerful… the farther back one should set the fin. I prefer the Wonder Bolt for in water, easy between set adjustments.
